Scope

LetsFind provides digital strategy, websites, lead-generation infrastructure, AI-assisted enquiry handling and workflow integrations as described in an agreed project scope.

No guaranteed commercial result

Automation can improve response and consistency, but no lead volume, revenue, ranking, conversion, booking, appointment, mandate or case outcome is guaranteed.

Human responsibility

Clients remain responsible for pricing, offers, professional advice, clinical or legal decisions, appointment and booking confirmation, regulatory duties and final customer communication where judgement is required.

Third-party services

Hosting, email, AI models, CRMs, messaging services, advertising platforms and APIs may change, fail or impose their own terms and costs. We will identify material dependencies in scope.

Outbound activity

Outbound campaigns require relevant targeting, authenticated sending infrastructure, suppression controls and opt-out handling. Nothing is sent live without an explicit go-ahead.
