We document the entry points, repeated questions, handoffs, delays, current tools and failure points. The outcome is a plain-English workflow map and priority list.

System design

We define what the automation may do, what it must never do, what information it needs, where records belong and when a human takes over.

Implementation

We build the prompts, inboxes, integrations, logs, alerts, pages and safeguards. Existing tools remain the source of truth unless the project explicitly replaces them.

Real-world validation

We run realistic enquiries through the system and verify every named effect: reply, classification, record creation, alert, opt-out and fallback.

Operate and improve

Once stable, we tune language, qualification and routing from real interactions. Expansion follows evidence—not feature wish lists.
