What we collect

We collect information you voluntarily send through email, audit requests, demonstrations or project communications. This may include contact details, business information, workflow descriptions and sample enquiry data.

How we use it

Information is used to respond, assess fit, configure services, operate agreed systems and provide support. Client-specific systems may process customer or lead information under the client's instructions.

Service providers

Depending on project scope, data may pass through hosting, email, AI, CRM, spreadsheet, alerting or automation providers approved for that workflow. We minimise the information shared and document material integrations.

Retention and access

Operational and project information is retained only as reasonably required for service delivery, legal obligations, troubleshooting and security. Requests for access, correction or deletion can be sent to enquiries@letsfind.co.za.

Client responsibility

Clients remain responsible for their own lawful basis, notices, access controls, data quality and industry obligations. Automation does not remove professional or regulatory responsibility.
